Senior Business Analyst (IT)

snovabits is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with technical expertise, finance and banking domain knowledge and an agile mindset. The role supports regulatory, financial and data integration initiatives by connecting business stakeholders with technical delivery teams.

Key skills

• Finance, regulatory reporting, risk and compliance and investment banking knowledge.
• Oracle, ETL, data warehouse and PL/SQL experience.
• Azure Cloud, Azure Databricks, Scala, Airflow, Control-M and test management experience are a plus.
• Reporting tools such as Power BI and Qlik are a plus.
• Gen AI and ERP PeopleSoft Financials knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for financial data integration, regulatory reporting and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize and document requirements.
• Support functional and technical design, testing and post-implementation activities.

Location and experience

Location: Zurich, Switzerland. Experience: 10+ years. Qualification: bachelor's or master's degree with a strong academic background.
