Refund Policy
Digital eSIM products
eSIM products are digital telecom products. Once an eSIM has been installed, activated, used, expired, or consumed, it normally cannot be refunded.
Eligible refund review
- The eSIM was not delivered after successful payment.
- A confirmed technical issue prevents snovabits from delivering the purchased service.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
Not refundable
- Unused and unactivated eSIM purchases.
- Incorrect device compatibility checks by the customer.
- Customer travel changes after purchase.
- Network speed differences caused by local coverage, device, or roaming conditions.
- Activated, installed, expired, or consumed eSIM plans.
How to request a refund
Email swiss@snovabits.com with the order number, payment email address, device model and a short explanation. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
